Our Fees

All of the services listed above are included in our monthly fee of $1,500.00 U.S. for a single person or $1,950.00 U.S. for a couple. If you never want to see snow again, or the sweltering heat of the southern U.S. then you have found the ideal place to live. You will not be disappointed. We are listeners and every part of the services we provide is negotiable. If you have any questions or suggestions please call us or send us an email. We are ready to help you get showered and dressed in the morning, set up and assist you with a fitness class, or help you manage a complex medication schedule – Whatever you need, we will be there to help.

Unfortunately, we are not equipped to provide intensive hands-on care or skilled nursing care for older adults with serious mental or physical ailments.

We will provide transportation services for shuttling our guest(s) to and from doctor’s appointments, the grocery store and other errands. We will provide field trips to various places of interest on a regular basis.

Our bathroom will be equipped with grab bars so our guest(s) can safely have a shower or sit down and get up from a toilet. We will install these before our guest(s) arrive.

Typical Food Options

The food that we prepare is always fresh. We do not eat frozen or canned foods. Everything we prepare is natural. Please take a look at the breakfasts, lunches and dinners that we commonly prepare.
